Diet and Depression

Nutrition plays crucial role in maintaining physical and mental health. Though there is no specific diet proven to treat depression, optimum nutrition can play a role in preventing depression caused or worsened by poor physical health.
Mental health causes emotional eating, binging or grazing or skipping meals. There is lack of vital nutrients. There is limited approach and health is often neglected. Chances to addict to stimulants and alcohol, smoking can trigger other health issues and sleep disorder.
Healthy foods that are rich in antioxidants attributes to cellular health prevents anti-ageing, protects vital organs such as heart, brain and skin and hair.
