An 87-year-old patient was suffering with severe breathing difficulty and was previously admitted multiple times at different hospitals for medical management.

Case Scenario

The patient was shifted to Apollo Health City, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and required constant oxygen support. Patient was unable to move from bed in view of severe breathing difficulty.

A 29-year-old male patient presented with left ankle pain. He had a history of previous surgery around left ankle for a bone tumor called a giant cell tumor.

A 64-year-old male patient was a known case of Diabetic, Hypertensive and Diabetic Nephropathy with Chronic kidney disease with serum creatinine of 6.16 mg /dl , on medical management. Patient had an episode of rest angina 10 days back and exertional SOB of class III since 3 months and diagnosed as Unstable angina.
