Dr. C. K. Santosh is a highly experienced Anaesthesiologist and Pain Management Specialist with over 25 years of expertise in anaesthesia, critical care, and perioperative medicine. He has served as the Former Head of the Department of Anaesthesia & Critical Care at Apollo Hospitals, Sheshadripuram, Bengaluru, and is widely respected for his clinical excellence, leadership, and academic contributions.

He completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College, Bengaluru, followed by MD in Anaesthesiology from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bengaluru. Over the years, Dr. Santosh has gained extensive experience in providing anaesthesia for a wide range of complex surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, oncology, plastic surgery, and paediatric procedures.

Dr. Santosh has special expertise in acute and chronic pain management, regional anaesthesia, trauma care, paediatric anaesthesia, and critical care medicine. He is also proficient in cardiac cath lab anaesthesia and day care surgery anaesthesia, ensuring safe and effective perioperative care for patients across all age groups.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Santosh has held several prestigious academic and leadership positions, including Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturer in Anaesthesia at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College. He has actively contributed to postgraduate medical education by conducting and supervising DNB Anaesthesia training programmes.

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large anaesthesia departments and operating room services, including Cath Lab, CT/MRI, and endoscopy suites. He has also attended advanced workshops in musculoskeletal imaging, ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia, and chronic pain management, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and advancement in patient care.
