About Dr Kishore Gupta

Dr. Kishore Gupta has joined Apollo Hospitals as a Consultant Cardiothoracic and Transplant Surgeon in the Heart & Lung Transplant Program. He brings with him significant experience in managing end-stage organ failure, including heart and lung transplantation, with expertise spanning pre-transplant evaluation, surgical management, and post-transplant care. Prior to joining Apollo, he was associated with leading centers in Ahmedabad and has been an integral part of high-volume transplant programs, contributing to multiple heart and lung transplants, including organ retrievals and implantations. He also has extensive experience in advanced cardiac surgeries and ECMO management. With international observership training in lung transplantation and advanced heart failure management, along with a strong academic and research background, Dr. Kishore is expected to further strengthen and expand the Heart & Lung Transplant Program at Apollo Hospitals.
