Introduction / Overview

The Departments of Respiratory Medicine and Critical Care Medicine at Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Vanagaram, proudly present Respicrit '26 — a unique academic experience, the first of its kind, that showcases the dynamic interplay between the worlds of Respiratory Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. Respicrit creates a platform for meaningful dialogue, shared expertise and collaborative learning, bringing together passionate minds committed to advancing the art and science of caring for critically ill patients.

Respicrit '26 aims to catapult deep learning and enhance clinical understanding of complex and evolving topics such as ARDS, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, lung ultrasonography, ECMO, and much more. It promises to be an exhilarating academic feast for pulmonologists, anaesthesiologists, intensivists, ER physicians, general practitioners and the wider student community.

Hands-On Workshops

Four immersive, skills-based sessions designed for practical, real-world impact:

• ICU Bronchoscopy and Percutaneous Tracheostomy — hands-on techniques, airway assessment, and therapeutic interventions including percutaneous tracheostomy
• Case-Based Scenarios – Ventilation — interactive case discussions on challenging ventilation scenarios
• Basic Echo and Lung USG — focused cardiac and lung ultrasound for the intensivist and pulmonologist
• ECMO — indications, management, troubleshooting and team coordination
   

Workshop seats are strictly limited to 45 registrations.
